The house was designed and built in 1968 on top of Renner hill (Renner bühel) and we acquired the property from children of the owners who were eventually using it as a holiday home for their respective families. The house required substantial renovation work to modernize and improve its facilities but we still wanted to try and keep its unusual and traditional aspects. We will be looking to develop the house further as time goes on with various projects such as: - Opening up the sauna area on the ground floor for guests as well as having an additional shower/bath wet room fitted next door. - Converting the large workshop area on the ground floor to a lounge /games room which has fantastic views of the Gosaukamm. - Updating and making safe the cable car so that it can be used by guests to bring luggage and provisions up to the house. - Continue to modernise the garage so that it can be both a secure heated storage area for ski equipment in the winter as well as a cycle and water sports equipment storage facility in the summer. Landscaping the gardens around the house to include a decking area in the rear garden with barbeque facility.
The easiest way to book is to send an email to or call. We will then answer any queries and confirm your booking. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. We will need the following information from you for the local registration forms. Any discounts such as senior citizents or retuning guests. A deposit of 25%, if more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, will secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival date are payable in full. Insurances are not included. Any charges levied by banks, (3%) will need to be added to the total. Notification of cancellation The cancellation fee shall be calculated in the following way: More than 40 days before commencement date of holiday - Deposit. 30 - 39 days before commencement date of holiday - 70% of total price. 15-29 days before commencement date of holiday - 90% of total price.
